QUALITY IS PRIORITY
We apply different control filters in the building and urbanization process, to give you peace of mind that your investment is always safe. Each of our homes undergoes an extensive inspection process to ensure quality from land development to the final finishing touches of a home.
FINAL INSPECTION
To complete the building inspection process, a building final is performed. This inspection looks at all aspects of the project to check the overall quality of work and verify all building code compliance.
AIR INFILTRATION
INSPECTION
In order to ensure energy efficiency, a third party inspector performs on insulation and duct tightness test (duct blasting) prior to sheetrock to ensure the minimum state guidelines are met or exceeded.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Upon completion, each home goes through a complete cosmetic and workmanship inspection by our in-house quality assurance personnel.
STRUCTURAL
The design engineer inspects the foundation prior to slab being poured
FRAME
In addition to the building municipality official review, Uptown Homes also requires each frame to undergo a comprehensive inspection by the design engineer.
EXTERIOR
INSPECTION
During this stage, an inspection is performed on the flashings as well as the metal lathe for structures with stucco exteriors.
ROOF
INSPECTION
A devoted roof specialist inspects each roof to ensure proper roof installation.
